	Minimum Wage Guidelines

The Federal Minimum wage is currently $7.25 an hour and was effective July 24, 2009.

Employers should follow the Federal Minimum wage guideline unless their company sales volume is less than $500,000 per year.

If less than $500,000 per year in company sales volume, employers then can pay the Minnesota Minimum wage of $5.25.
