The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is gratified the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit dissolved the Fifth Circuit’s stay of the Vaccination and Testing ETS. OSHA can again implement the ETS to protect the health of workers from Covid-19. Enforcement will begin January 10, 2022 and February 9, 2022.
