WEEKLY FUELS MONITORING REPORT SHOWS DROP IN SOME INVENTORY LEVELS
The Minnesota Department of Commerce provides a weekly Fuels Monitoring Report that graphs the historical and current fuel inventory levels for the State for several fuel products. The Current Report as of May 14, 2021 shows a drop of inventory levels for some fuel inventories. Minnesota Motor Gasoline Inventory dropped to around 1500 thousand barrels. This reported level is about 33% below the 3-year average of 2300 thousand barrels.
Minnesota Middle Distillates Inventory (#2 diesel) also dropped to around 1300 thousand barrels. This reported level is about 40% below the 3-year average of 2150 thousand barrels.
